Sleep Smart Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Sleep Smart (the “App”), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Sleep Smart is an AI-driven learning platform designed to provide interactive educational content, personalized learning experiences, and immersive study tools. The App may include features such as AI-generated learning modules, interactive assessments, and content customization based on user input.

3. Risk of Using AI

  • AI-Generated Content Disclaimer:
    The App employs advanced AI technology to generate educational content and interactive responses. However, the AI system is not infallible and may sometimes produce information that is inaccurate, outdated, or incomplete. The content provided is for educational purposes only and should not be interpreted as professional or legal advice.

  • User Responsibility:
    Users are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy, completeness, and suitability of any AI-generated content before relying on it for decision-making or further study.

  • Limitation of Liability:
    Under no circumstances shall Sleep Smart App Limited or its affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages that result from the use or inability to use the App or its content, including any reliance on AI-generated output.

4. Subscription Management, Upgrading, Downgrading, and Refund Policy

  • Subscription Plans:
    The App offers various subscription plans that provide access to additional premium features and content. Details regarding pricing, features, and benefits of each plan are available within the App.

  • Upgrading and Downgrading:
    Users may upgrade or downgrade their subscription at any time through their account settings. Any changes will typically take effect at the start of the next billing cycle. It is your responsibility to review the features of your new plan to ensure they meet your needs.

  • Refund Policy:
    Subscription fees are generally non-refundable except in circumstances where Sleep Smart App Limited fails to provide the advertised services. If you believe you are eligible for a refund, please submit your request in writing to hello@sleepsmart.ai within 14 days of the transaction. All refund requests are subject to review and approval by Sleep Smart App Limited.

  • Billing Information:
    You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date billing information when subscribing. Failure to maintain current billing information may result in the suspension or termination of your account until the issue is resolved.

5. User Behavior and Appropriate Prompting/Topics

  • Acceptable Use:
    Users are expected to interact with the App in a respectful, lawful, and constructive manner. Any use of the App to generate or disseminate content that is harmful, offensive, or violates applicable laws or our community guidelines is strictly prohibited.

  • Appropriate Prompts and Topics:
    When engaging with AI features, users must refrain from entering prompts or topics that:

    • Include hate speech, explicit or pornographic material, or any form of discriminatory content.

    • Promote misinformation, fraud, or any other illegal or unethical behavior.

    • Intentionally attempt to misuse, confuse, or compromise the functionality of the AI system.

  • Prohibited Activities:
    The following activities are expressly forbidden:

    • Submitting malicious code, spam, or content intended to disrupt the App.

    • Attempting to reverse-engineer or otherwise manipulate the AI’s underlying systems.

    • Harassing or abusing other users or the App’s interactive systems.

  • Enforcement:
    Sleep Smart App Limited reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the App for users who violate these guidelines or engage in behavior that undermines the integrity and safety of the community.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, including AI-generated materials, provided by the App is protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the content for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Any unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or derivative use of the content is prohibited.

7. Termination

Sleep Smart App Limited reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the App, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, for any reason including, but not limited to, a violation of these Terms.

8. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on the App, and your continued use of the App following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for any modifications.
